Prof Rea, as lead for the NHS England getting back to work group, describes the current situation and the plans to return the NHS to a “new normal” for treatment of Balance Conditions in the Covid 19 era.  As well as touching upon general balance issues and their causes.  If you have a balance condition watch this key presentation.

Prof Rea began his medical training at the University of Cambridge, graduating with first-class honours before moving to Oxford to complete his early medical qualifications. His specialist training in ENT surgery was spent in the major London teaching hospitals, including the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and Great Ormond Street Hospital.  He has also undertaken prestigious “fellowship” training in Australia and the USA. Prof. Rea runs regular clinics for general ENT conditions in both children and adults.

His specialist practice for both ear surgery and dizziness draws patients from all over the UK and further afield.  Prof. Rea is Lead Clinician at The Leicester Balance Centre. He has a state of the art balance investigation suite at The London Road Clinic, along with a dedicated and experienced team.  Prof. Rea is also President of the British Society of Otology
